Service Description
This 45-minute session is for people who need help thinking through a real problem in real time — no slides, no fluff, just focused attention on what’s keeping you stuck or spinning your wheels. You might be: • Wrestling with a tough call and can’t see the next step • Feeling pulled in too many directions without clarity • Leading a team or business and hitting decision fatigue • Carrying the weight of momentum loss or mental overload Whatever it is, we’ll work through it together — untangle the root issue, challenge assumptions, and help you unlock your next best move. You don’t need to bring a perfect brief. Just show up with the challenge and a willingness to think deeply. This is a space for clarity and recalibration. This is not the place for: – Developing long-term roadmaps – Creating implementation plans – Multi-stakeholder strategy design Those are delivered separately through strategic planning engagements. 💡 What to expect from your session: • Space to articulate and process what's really going on • A sounding board who knows how to think critically with you • A sharpened sense of where to focus, stop, shift, or act After booking, you’ll receive: – A short intake form to share your challenge – Calendar confirmation and session access info This is a focused, working session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. To reschedule or cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Changes made within 24 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the session fee at our discretion. Repeated rescheduling may result in the refusal of future bookings. No-Shows If you do not attend your session without advance notice, your payment will be forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be offered for no-shows. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will be shorter. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show. Refunds Due to the nature of this service and the preparation involved, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session is booked. Conduct & Boundaries This is a professional service. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and you may be barred from future bookings.
